DREA GLOVER

Hey there! My name is Coach Drea. I originally got my start in the gym as a means to escape an abusive relationship and take my power back, which then flourished into my love of helping others become their healthiest and happiest selves! I am a retired nationally ranked powerlifter turned bodybuilder, but I am also a mother, a wife, an online coach, a mentor, a daughter, a sister, a friend. I have been working in the fitness industry serving my clients since 2017. I started out as a personal trainer and TRX instructor, then migrated my business to online coaching.

SHELBY DAWN HORTON

My name is Shelby, I am defines first athlete. I have been powerlifting for almost 10 years now. Through high school, I loved sports and working with my horses (not much has changed). I’m a mom, a social worker, and do a little photography.
My early adulthood years were anything but athletic. I am sober for 15 years from drugs and D.V., which has led me to where I am today. The life I escaped led me to therapy, where I met people who used fitness to stay off tons of prescription meds and out of bad circles. This also led me to my degree in Social Work. I started slowly, going to the gym and finding fitness people online to follow. Fast forward to my late best friend who messaged me one day and said, “Come to Brewhouse if you want to be strong,” and I did. I showed up, and I found something that empowered me and made me feel strong. I was in full control.
Powerlifting is something you control. Makes you feel safe and empowered. Everyone who tries, whether they lift 5lbs or 500lbs, gets treated the same. I loved sharing that with people: I loved helping them find their power, which is why I also decided to start coaching, well, coaching found me. I was so heavily involved at every meet, always loud and showing up, that people would just ask me for help and guidance, and I just kept going with it.
I love using Pump as an alternative to traditional pre-workout because it lets me feel my progress in real time without the caffeine overload—especially helpful for my later workouts when I don’t want anything keeping me up at night. Hydrate keeps me motivated to drink water, actually enjoy it, and replace what I lose throughout the day, whether I’m working cows in the heat or pushing through a session at the gym. And Sleep is an absolute must for me; I struggle with stress, and it helps lower my cortisol, keep me asleep through the night, and support healthy recovery so I wake up feeling better instead of drained.

DERRIONE HILL

I am Derrione Hill, also known as The Takeover. I discovered a passion for fitness at an early age. With no gym access as a kid, I got creative by filling milk crates with juice box-sized milks to make my own weights. That early hunger to grow and get stronger never faded. At 14, I met a mentor who took me under his wing and taught me how to train the right way. That’s when everything changed; fitness became more than a hobby. It became my therapy, my peace, and my outlet. Over the years, what started in the basement turned into a full-blown mission to help others overcome limitations and take control of their lives through health and discipline.
The athlete Derrione Hill “The Takeover” stack includes my personal favorites, Cookies and Cream [Isolate], Sour Cherry Candy [pre+], Sour Candy [pump] [glucose+], and [creatine]. Collectively, my stack is built for power, performance, and recovery, while keeping me feeling energized and focused.
